Believe it or not, I've had a hard time finding a good quality Guajillo chili powder at any local stores. This was a good buy so I gambled that it would have the quality I look for. Success!! This product will not disappoint.

It's supposed to be only guajillo, however it tastes acid and it's way more spicy than guajillo.It feels like if it's just red pepper with avoid (lime) flavor, the one that is great for street corn in Mexico

This container of chili powder is big and will last for a while. The flavor is unique when I compare it to the usual chili powder I buy, but its very good and flavorful. It is probably the Guajillo Chile peppers that gives it that unique flavor.At the current price of approx. $9 for a bottle this size, it's a fairly good value.

This is a great product! What a huge bottle of chili powder! It will definitely last a long time. I could not find an expiration date, but I don't find that concerning. Spices and seasonings last a long time. I was a little confused as to how this is different from regular chile powder, so I did a little research. It looks like this guajillo chile powder can be used in many of the same ways as regular chile powder. I did some comparisons, and while it smells similar to regular chile powder, the guajillo powder had a slightly different and distinct aroma. My first attempt was to use it for simple chili. It added amazing flavor! I am very happy with the flavor and quality of the product. I would definitely purchase again!
