Very simple to use and a necessity for me

I’m trying out some new jerky recipes and wanted a way to sun-dry meat without exposing the meat to insects, debris, etc. I bought the 19.6 x 19.6 x 25.6 inch version. This is just what I was looking for. The mesh is small and dense and should keep out almost any insect, there are technically 4 shelves, but only 3 of them are really usable. I think the bottom shelf is all of 1 ½ inches from the other, and is probably only good for keeping the bottom of any meat on the third shelf from being touched by insects through the mesh. I guess you could put something on that shelf to dry, if it were thin enough. The opening is a zippered flap that gives room for you to reach around and place or move items.This netted enclosure is what I expected from the pictures and just what I was looking for. I expect it to work well for meat, fish, fruit, veggies, and herbs. It seems nicely enough made, although I would have liked a hook. That said, I just used a large carabiner to hang it; easily enough solved. From the look of the construction, I think this will hold up well, and if it doesn’t, I will amend this review. Very pleased with this purchase.
