Excellent product
Ordered two packs of these j-hooks for a commercial installation recently. I ran CAT 6A through these J-hooks and they worked really well. They are strong, durable, and there are multiple hole mounting options, which are great for a variety of mounting situations. The metal radius on this product is smooth enough that it won't damage the cable as you are pulling it through. This also works well for retroactive installation (after wires have been run) since the metal clip is separate. My only complaint is that it's annoying and sometimes difficult to install the metal clip but I got used to it after a few hooks.

Keep your cat6 wire install neat and clean
Used these for residential use. Installed security system, with cat 6 wires in attic. Instead of laying the wires on the insulation, I attached these to the rafters, and it made tracing the wires with no issues. Per the instructions you can place several wires in each hook. Makes for a nice, neat installation. If there are any issues later on, helps trace the wires . Keeps them safe and out of the way. There is a wire snap that goes over the top to keep the wires from falling out; useful when running wires.

Not a bad purchase
Works as you would think. The clips can be a bit tricky, but not bad once you figure them out.

The bale clip is very useful for snaking out a wire from the bundle, and the cost was very reasonable.

Great Product, But Retaining Clips Are Difficult To Install
The hooks are sturdy and rugged, but the retaining clips are virtually impossible to install. After mounting the clip, you have to put all your weight to get the 2 little feet on the retaining clip to snap into place. Pretty much every one of the clips I installed had one or both feet pop out. However, the clips do hold cables securely if only one foot is in place.

Works great for hanging/running coax.
I am using these as coax hangers for all the coax I have running around the outside of my house. The retaining clips are great for keeping the cables in and easy enough to remove when adding more cables. There are several holes for mounting them either permanently, or use the slide slot hole to allow it to come free from the mount.

Dont wanna drive? Get these.
They are J Hooks. They work great. Its really hard to mess something like this up. Easy choice to not drive to the hardware store.

Easy to mount
Really like getting my cables off the floor. The retainers are a litle hard to mount, but keep the wires in place.
