No service for purchased product
This is absolutely wastage of money. Product is useless. It's IMEI number is of other country. The set gone off within 18 daya and is irreparable as per service centres. No one response me from Amazon site. Prefer to thi to consumer court and media❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌BYCOTT AMAZON❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌Bitter experienceI purchased a VIVO mobile from Amazon. Found defect after 15 days (Returned policy time over) but one year warranty was there. After approaching all sources nothing could be done. Finally from Vivo service centre it revealed that the IMEI number is of other country so it can not be repaired or used in india.It means bahut bada dhokha kiya amazon ne.Aap sabhi mitro se anurodh he ki is massege ko aap apne sabhi priya janon me circulate karen taki unke sath aisi loot na ho.Thanks
