Thought this was a B vitamin for energy and focus and energy but apparently potasium iodine is not a vitamin but an emergency compound to take only if you need to protect your thyroid from radiation! So not sure how to rate this as I don't expect to ever have to use it... I mean, my loving God and Savior Jesus Christ only knows the future but apparently this is only for emergency use! Bummer. There is sugar in it but i guess in a dire situation there wouldn't be any complaints about a bit of sugar included. Well good reminder of how God is in control and has a plan so even if and when this world falls apart. God is still at work and because He came as Jesus and gave His life on the cross to save me from my sins and then Jesus rose in victory and defeated death for me- since I trusted Jesus -I am forgiven and have eternal life in heaven! So even if some nuclear disaster comes upon me, I don't have to be afraid because when I die- I'm going to live forever in heaven with God! Jesus loves me so much! So hope that encourages you!

Very good and taste great

Who knows what’s in store for the future? ordered these for a nuclear rainy day, hoping I never actually have to use them. With that being said, I did try these gummies as a little bit of iodines probably good for your thyroid anyways. These gummies are soft and are easy to chew up. But I don’t like the synthetic vitamins in them. I think these would’ve been better off with just the potassium iodide. The flavor definitely has that artificial blueberry taste, but I know kids love anything sweet for the most part. Great for bug out bag! Small jar.

Tasty gummies. No adverse reactions noted. Great supplement. The vitamins it provides are key vitamins and what's really needed in the diet. Glad to have a tasty supplement that the kiddos and adults alike can consume.

With the current state of the world it's a good idea to double check what we have in our emergency kits. Having an item like this is important, especially if you have children in your family. Of course, always check with your doctor on whether or not something like this is appropriate or safe to give to your children (since everyone has different medical needs and conditions).I like this since it comes in gummy form and says it has blueberry flavor added. I also like the added benefit that it also contains B vitamins, vitamin D, and selenium. I did not actually taste any of these because I want to keep them sealed up for long-term storage (the jar I received doesn't expire for 2 years). Quite frankly, I hope that I never have to open this jar and that someday I will discard it after it expires, unused. This is one of those things that it's better to have and not need than the need and not have. I just hope that none of us ever really needs to use it.
