Chose this for the price. Brand i know. Don't forget to refrig it as soon as you open it. I just put mine in as soon as I get them. I've always had shelf stable kind but wanted somewhat may work better. So far I'm seeing good results for me. I'm pleased. Will buy again.

Good stuff if you have trashed your internal biom like I have. Just a note. The Refrigerate after opening is not east to see. I may have ruined mine. Unsure. Had it a week and no Refrigerator yet just saw the notice in tiny print under warnings. Not anywhere else.

The fact that they have both pre and probioticsIs ideal for gut health. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I’ll take one to two capsules with a glass of water puts me right back to sleep, keep the immune system strong keep the guts cleaned out. Very good product.
