For stir fries I buy this type of beef, then try to remove the sinewy bits, but then the meat is minimal and very scrappy. Should stick to rump really. Fine for what it is if you don’t mind chewy beef

Easy meal prep protien for work days

I loved these steaks but I have to say why don't they cater for single people but they don't it's always two people or four as it's a small family or six as it's a large family but never for one person, it's so unfair, otherwise the flavoured aas spot on so can we have more please . But esp for a single or widowed person. It would help so much more than you think.

A cross between rubber and leather.Last night I cut 2 steaks into small pieces, gently sautéed them and added vegetables. My jaws are quite strong. I chewed and chewed, ending up with a small pile of chewed but not swallowed meat on my plate then food bin. I could swallow one piece. I don't understand. I found a local Amazon shop last year, bought beef steaks and they were splendid.
