Effective, and tasty really good!
These are really tasty (I wish I could down the entire container ha) and they did the trick! I wanted to try moving down from 5mg and I wanted to switch to a gummy version. I like that the ingredients in this are more natural. I found that this kicked in within an 45 minutes and that it didn’t make me groggy in the morning at all. In fact, best sleep I’ve had in an awhile. Will purchase again!

Works well. I give it to my 13 year old and 10 year old twins because sometimes they can’t get to sleep. Overall this medicine works well.

It works but taste is not berry
This works really well but it tastes like strawberry. It doesn't seem like much of a difference between strawberry and berry but I like berry better. Still 5 stars :)
