Should this product have a protective seal under the cap before being used for the first time?

Hey Tara! There should not be a seal under the cap.

I received the package today ...there was no protective seal on it and a 1/4 of it leaked out!

The bottle that I got was filled to about one inch from the top There wasn’t a seal on the putter part of the cap but the cap was tight I hope that info is helpful. It does seem to work good on sunburns.

Can this work as a moisturizer, not just an after sun lotion?

can you use this suntan lotion in a tanning bed

this isn’t really a tan enhancing type of lotion for tanning beds. it’s more of an after sun lotion. it’s very lightweight & lightly moisturize, with lots of slip.
