Feel comfortable
Very soft & comfortable, bought for my son as he has a bruised heel and only just started using, so I can't really comment on pain relief. Do not stick very well,but when in place, they stay put. But for the price, they are worth a try.

Uselessness would not recommend it
Item arrived on time but they are extremely uncomfortable. Used them in variety of shoes and in all of them they were uncomfortable and painful to use, hence throw them in the bin. Maybe they will be good for someone but the middle bit is so hard that it makes pressure on the hill unbearable and painful.

A bit strange to get used too at first, but really help!!I had realised my heel pain has totally gone away!!! As a nurse who works 12 hrs on my feet these really help a lot!!
