the best shoe rack/cabinet
If you have many, many shoes and limited space. This is the product you need. Assembly is easy (Even though I put the back panel reversed and did it again). Only complain I have is the space between the three rows of shelf is so narrow. Tall men's shoes or running shoes won't fit. But you can have a lot of lady's sandals there. It's a little pricy but what can I do this is the only shoe cabinet that holds so many shoes...

3 months into owning it will probably put it in the trash because i can no longer use it
Had issues with it from the beginning. First got delivered to the wrong address and i had to locate the package on my own because their customer support told me that according to their records it was delivered and signed for so they took their sweet time in acting on it. Then the package was damaged so i had to request a replacement piece because it had a hole in it from handling. I finally put it together looked kinda good but i soon realized i cannot use it. Every time i open a drawer to take shoes out or put them in it falls apart. The screwed provided to support the drawer are simply too short (because the siding is too thin to hold a longer screw) and it comes out every time i use it. I've contacted customer support about it and after many email exchanges and me sending pictures of what my issues are they told me that i've assembled the product wrong which was at this point laughable and quite insulting. Because i got amazon involved they turned around and said that they will refund my money if i return the package in its original state. Yet again laughable since i had assembled the unit which means i had holes in the places that had nails. I managed to reason with their customer service people (who were very nice to me throughout the process) told me that its fine to send it back with holes from nails. All i had to do at this point was to find a box and disassemble this unit and pack it carefully so no damage happens to it and i MAY be eligible for a full refund. So basically i would have to go through the hassle (it is a very heavy unit) of shipping it back to them and i might get my money back. Plus had to pay for shipping it back to them. Didn't like my odds in this one so i decided to count my losses and just keep the unit. Now 3 months into having the unit it is no longer usable (the screws provided for the drawers wont even stay in anymore they come out when i try to screw them in...i know makes no sense to me either) and i need to just put it in the trash.

Good and bad
We own two of these (bought the second one a year after the first one) and obviously are happy with the product. It is ideal in our relatively narrow hallway, because the depth of it is minimal (at least compared to other shoe cabinets on the market). It looks good when assembled, and stands stable, although the material is of very poor quality. Not solid wood by any means. I guess that could be an advantage as the drawers are easier to open - to the point that if only the bottom third of a drawer is filled with shoes, the drawer will not stay closed, it will swing open. That is again a minor flaw, because we can just move the shoes in the second and third tier within the same drawer, but nevertheless a design flaw. Another advantage is that it is pure white and has a minimalist exterior, something that we found hard to come by as we searched online.Overall, I would recommend it but would keep in mind that the price may be a little higher than what you are getting for the quality.

The concept is fine. But is made of cheap material.
I liked the style, but it can easily break.

Shoes organized & outta sight!
Just what I needed and didn't know I was looking for. I had three over door shoe hangers, those cheap plastic things, but they're unsightly and bang if you pull the door too hard. This was the perfect solution.I have mostly flats and managed to fill up one drawer with what had been on one door. The dividers allow for up to three sections per drawer, which is perfect with small flats. Bigger shoes, like my Chucks, even fit just fine. I imagine if I divided it in half instead of third, standard sneakers and even my heels and wedges will file in just fine. The only thing of note is that unless a row is full, shoes slide over when the drawer closes. No biggie. Reason enough to keep it full!Assembled with just a hammer and manual screwdriver in approximately two hours (while watching TV).Love it love it love it!

It’s a great concept if it could be made with better materials.
I’ve had this for 2 years. It is very poorly made. After this amount of time (with little use) it is already falling apart. Also the drawers fall forward if there is not enough weight in them. Now worth the money.

Great product!
I was quite hesitant about this purchase but now I do not regret it at all. The installation instructions were so easy to follow. It took me some time but the product is quite sturdy and actually fit all my shoes nicely.

Good idea - Poor Execution-Good Customer Service
I have mixed feelings about this cabinet. The instructions are very clear, took me about an hour to assemble. It's quite sturdy and I love my shoes being in it. However, the small little screws and plastic parts that hold the shelves up inside and allow them to open and tilt forward constantly break and fall out, so I would say the design is quite faulty. I did call their customer service for replacement screws, etc, but the shelves continue to fall down. And they are difficult to get back into place on my own. I've finally started putting heavier screws in, hopefully it'll help.
