Ended up using just the switches
Bought it, ended up not having the room I wanted to mount it. Mounted the switches from it in the dash instead. It used good quality Carling switches instead of the cheap knock-offs you can find elsewhere, so for the price (I got it as an open box unit on Amazon warehouse) the switches alone were worth it.

A word of caution
It works but, I found that it can easily be switched from the auto position to the off position with the slightest bump, and because it’s a rocker switch instead of a toggle switch it can be difficult to notice that it is in the off position. I was able to wedge a pencil between the panel and switch so that the only way to turn it to the off position is to remove the pencil. Also, the manual switch does not remain on when switched on, you must hold it down for the pump to work, as soon as you release the switch the pump will turn off. Far from a perfect bilge pump switch.
