FlexiFreeze Professional Series Ice Vest

I live in Southwest Arizona year-round, I'm able to do things outside now. I cooked for over 100 people at 115 F. and was very comfortable! The fit is very well and was lighter than I expected. I would recommend this vest to family and friends.

This is the best ice vest I have tried, with a few notes:1) I hate the heat and overheat very easily, although I sweat from the neck and above rather than below. I wore the vest (black) on a 90-degree day to take a 1-mile walk to a doctor appointment. I was in the shade half the time. I was kept cool and was very happy, but when I arrived at my appointment and took off the vest, my torso was covered in sweat with a capital "C." Removing my clothes and toweling off only helped somewhat; I was still sweat-covered for my exam. Then, 40 minutes after arriving at the appointment, I tried to put the vest on for the walk home, and found that all the ice was melted. LESSON LEARNED: Don't plan to be too far from the extra set of frozen ice if you want to be outside for longer, and don't head for anyplace where you want to look nice. BUT...I will buy the beige version to see if it deflects heat and keeps cooler longer. Perhaps black was not the best idea.

I bought this vest to keep cool while working with my bee hives wearing bee suits that tend to be very hot, and it works great. I have only used it once so far but i worked my bees for about an hour and stayed very cool the entire time. When i took my vest off the ice was still froze. I would highly recommend this vest for anyone who struggles in the heat.

This seems like a really great product. The fit, feel, and look (for its function) are solid. I do wish the made a size with many inches less in the over-shoulder straps. I have a very short torso and all the excess inches in the stiff, Velcro strap material make me look ridiculous. On my body, when the vest is suitably tight, I would not need such heavy duty straps to keep the vest in place. I may end up giving or selling this product to a lager person.

This vest will keep you cool for 15-40 minutes in the Texas summer sun. It’s good if you feel yourself overheating. Slap it on and sit under a tree to cool down a bit. My husband wore it over his shirt, so you may want to try wearing it underneath. Ice cubes never turned solid (kept on cooler with ice) so that may be another thing to play with. The material is well made. It took a while to find out where the straps were to adjust ( try the pockets ) It is too much of a hassle to use every summer day, but on the days it’s forecasted for 100 + degrees, it’s nice to have a little relief.

Durable,easy to use and perfect for keeping cool during hot desert summers during or after workouts. Also for me helps cool me down during horrible hot flashes. I highly recommend these vests.

This vest is great for cooling down fast. The three ice inserts were easy to freeze and then attach. Easy to resize the vest. So happy I finally bought one of these!

I was surprised at how well this vest is made. It meets more than I expected. The quality of the material surpasses my expectations. I’m am so pleased with this vest and what it accomplishes by providing a cool environment for my Son. He has to work in over 105* driving conditions inside his work truck as a Trash truck driver. He bought the cool neck wrap also. He bought extra ice pack sheets in order to keep cool all day long. We highly recommend this product. The vest did come with the ice packs already in the vest pockets. But we ordered more in able to exchange daily and wash the previous days usage.
