Great fit for older folks.
Works well. I got it for my mom and she legally blind.

poor quality
I am rating the phone a 1 but I am not sure I received the right phone, The one I have does not look like the picture and lacks all the function buttons like mute etc. The ring is so weak as to be almost inaudible. The back of the phone says MOTEL PHONE model S-56 . No brand name. Regardless to return it is a 70 mile round trip making it not practical to return it for the money it cost
