Ultra Sharp Premium Heavy Duty Shears and Multi Purpose Scissors, Black

This scissors cut boneless meats, easily. I also use it to breakdown the Amazon boxes my items come in. I've had this scissors for about 8 months now and it still works as it did, when I first used it. I even bought another one, just in case... Because of the serrated side, It has to be properly cleaned so as to remove any bits of meat or cardboard that may be stuck on the jagged side. This is a great pair of scissors, and I recommend it!

I've used these a few time now, and they always perform well. It's a bit stubby, but that's not to its detriment, as it can be convenient. While I'm right-handed, these are ambidextrous so you don't have to grab them "just right" to work them. They cut well on both hard and soft material.I have them handily hanging on a hook by my kitchen sink. It would have been nicer if the sheath was wall mountable, then I would only need to grab the scissors and not the "assembly" and then pull the sheath off before use.

these are great for a kitchen. the are very heavy duty and cut great. they are slim so they fit nice in drawers. there is no doubt in my mind that they will break I don't think ill need another set of scissors ever again. they have a nice plastic sleeve to cover the metal part so they will be safe and prevent accidental cuts or injury. I love them.

I am already very pleased with my new shears. And I was even more pleased with them after a good friend (retired Fire Chief and Fire Chef who still loves to cook) told me he had some just like them and really enjoyed them. One drawback he said they have, however, is that the blades don't come apart for easier cleaning and drying. They also tend to loosen up and require tightening occasionally, which can be a little tricky as you have to pry off the black button thing in the center to access the screw. Overall, though, that's no more than you would have to do with any other pair of good scissors that you used a lot for heavy cutting. Just be careful not to cut yourself in the meantime, as they are super sharp. And that's another good thing about them. They seem to hold an edge well. And if you weigh quality with cost, you really couldn't find a better pair of shears. If these shears could be made so that they come apart but keep a good tight cut line when they're together, they would get my 5 star rating for sure. Keep up the good work, Aropey!

Our kitchen shears 'disappeared' a little while back so when I saw a deal on these I decides to take a chance on these. I am not disappointed. They are working great. The stainless steel blades are sharp and are easy to wash after cutting raw meat. The handles work with my wife's smallish hands and my larger hands. I haven't needed the bottle opener or the other features yet so I can't comment on them. Try them, they're good!

These scissors have become loose over time and there is no way (I can find ) to tighten them. Some scissors have a nut that can be adjusted for that purpose.

These kitchen shears should be the last ones that you will ever need, the quality is impeccable. I now have ordered 4 of these because my family seems to have sticky fingers when they are around and I have to order more. Although they are designed for the kitchen there are many other uses so I would recommend getting more than one I keep one in my toolbox because with the blade cover they stay Sharp and come in handy for cutting many different things. For this price and for this quality you can't go wrong.

These scissors look sturdy and $5 on sale?! Can’t beat that! WRONG. These scissors are garbage. They broke in my hand cutting about 3 pieces of mail in half. Yes, paper mail. And worse yet, the cheap plastic temporarily holding it together cut my hand when it snapped. I’ve purchased similar looking scissors at the 99 cent store and have never had them snap, break, or fail me at all for that manner. Terrible quality. Wish I could get a refund. This cheap garbage is useless and dangerous. Amazon should have a standard for quality/safety control. I screenshot the pics I took when they broke and the date is less than a month from when I received them. Pics also show that they were obviously not used/wear and tear. Just cheap.
