A classic
Agatha Christie writhe dozens of mystery novels and this is one of her best. Good luck figuring out “who done it” and how.

Although there are reportedly over 100 million readers of "And Then There Were None", the majority probably cannot vouch for the fact that it is the antithesis of Dostoevsky's "Crime and Punishment".

A masterpiece of murder mystery with a twist you may never see coming!
Agatha Christie is best known as the queen of mystery, and this book proves why she earned that title. “And Then There Were None” will keep you guessing until the last page. There is a lot of dialogue to the point it feels like a play. If you want a more even amount of dialogue and description, this may not be for you. Description may be minimal, but it enhances the characters’ emotions and their reactions to the horror, not the place itself. When the book gives a short description of the house, instead of creaky doors and squeaky floorboards, the house is described as brand new; no creaky floors, no faulty electricity (a rarity in mysteries and horror), and no random noises. The quiet house makes it more eerie, and any sudden sounds make it more jarring. The characters’ personalities are clearly shown through their thoughts and body language. One woman has a rigid posture and constantly quotes about the devil and religion, presenting hers as a judgy, religious woman. Vera Claythorne, the book’s main point of view, gives glimpses of her memories as a nanny and what happened to the little boy, painting her as sympathetic. But is she? Read the book and find out.“And Then There Were None” makes mystery fun because it gives the reader clues so readers can play detective. From information given in passing to the characters’ thoughts, you can try figuring out who’s the murderer. When the murderer is revealed and the book ends, you will think to yourself ‘I gotta read this again’. You can read it once for the atmosphere and tension, and read it again to catch the details you didn’t catch before. This book is a brilliant read for people that love puzzles, mysteries, conspiracies, and many twists and turns. You don’t have to be older or sophisticated to enjoy this book. The critics of its time are right with “And Then There Were None”; it is a masterpiece and it has made an Agatha Christie fan out of me.

A definite must read.
This was my first novel by Agatha Christie. I'm not sure why I've never really read mysteries before. I suspect it's because I don't like blood and gore and unjustly assumed most mystery novels were filled with such. Enter cozy mysteries and the queen of cozy mysteries herself. I absolutely loved this book and can't wait to read more Christie novels. I'm not going to get into the plot. As the novel has sold over 100 million copies, plenty of reviewers before me have given a synopsis of the book. Let me just say there is a reason over 100 million copies have been sold and why it is one her most popular books.

A Must Read for Thriller Fans
I just finished reading And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie, and it’s the first book that truly gave me chills. The story is incredibly creepy and twisted, far beyond what I could have imagined. The mystery is so carefully and expertly crafted, keeping me gripped and guessing the entire time. The ending left me both speechless and thoroughly impressed with Christie’s genius. This was my first book by Agatha Christie, and I am already obsessed with her writing style and storytelling prowess. I can’t wait to dive into more of her works.
