Absolutely love this water bottle. It is by far the best one I have purchased. I tested its cold capabilities, and this thing kept ice from 5PM Wednesday, until 9PM THURSDAY!! I couldnt believe it, but I had to because I watched it happen! I love the open mouth top, and how leakproof it is. Not a single spill so far. I have dropped it twice, and no dents! I'm so impressed I'm going to buy one for my husband and daughter so they stop trying to steal mine! Ha :) 10/10 highly recommend and WILL purchase more!

I am not one to wax poetic about a water bottle, but this one is great. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. I hike a lot. I’ve used a plastic Nalgene bottle and Swell bottles in the past but wanted a larger metal water bottle and selected this one. If you want the short version … There are so many things I like about this one and virtually nothing I dislike.If you want the longer version keep reading. I really like the lid on this. I much prefer the spout on this to the straw type on other bottles (way easier to clean). The cap on the spout is connected even when open so you can’t drop it or need a second hand to hold it. If you put ice in the bottle a guard on the underside of the spout blocks the ice from clogging or coming out the spout. If you want to open the water bottle the screw cap is textured and rubberized so you can get a firm grip on it. The opening is wide and much easier to fill (especially with ice) than my Swell’s. The bottle does an excellent job of keeping your drink cold (maybe hot too … I only tried cold). I put two handfuls of ice in the bottle and filled with water. Almost 20 hrs later the ice was melted but the water was still very cold. The bottle is triple walled but still light. There is an anti slip rubber boot (for lack of a better word) on the bottom which may be great at the gym but makes it harder to put in / pull out of my hiking pack … well, it’s removable. I love that! If I had one knock it’s that it is expensive. I know there are more expensive water bottles on the market but this one is worth every penny despite being the most expensive bottle I have ever ordered. Overall, I love this water bottle about as much as I could possibly love a water bottle.

After a different "cheap" bottle of a similar design proved to be a waste of money (it leaks badly from the spout) I learned that not all insulated bottles are created equal. This bottle does everything right, and a couple of the small details make it superior to most. The cap is easy to grip and remove, and all components feel high-quality and durable. I love the ice blocker (tho it does make it slightly harder to clean) and the removable rubber base/sleeve is another great perk. I'll be very happy with this bottle for a long time.

We love Takeya water bottles and the whole family has them! It's leakproof and the lid fits tightly. It has a spout that you have to tip to drink out of, which I prefer to a straw because it's easy to clean and disinfect. You do need a bottle brush to get all the way to the bottom to clean it. Nice looking, sturdy, and keeps the water cold.

Product arrived and boot from each bottle we bought came off and was lost in a couple days.

This is a great water bottle. I was looking for something that keeps the mouth of the bottle protected, so I'm not putting my lips on a lid or straw that's been rolling around collecting germs all day. This cap takes care of that. The bottle washes up well in the dishwasher, and it keeps my drinks cold for a long time even on hot days. It's just a hair too big to fit in my car's cup holders, but the silicone base keeps it from sliding all over the place - and it is sealed, so it's not like my drink is going to spill.
