Calvin Klein Men's Fields Leather Boot

I have been looking for a good pair of wingtip boots without having to pay hundreds for some. Originally, I was a little skeptical buying shoes on Amazon as I have read that a lot of them or cheaper quality or complete knockoffs of the original (I am more of an Ebay shopper and know that I'm getting what I pay for and see in the actual pictured item). I was first sent a pair of boots nowhere near the same brand, style, or size. I went through the refund/return policy with ease and had the pair I wanted and paid for shipped the next day and received very quickly.Onto the boot itself...it is stiff coming straight out of the box and you do have to loosen up half of the boots laces to put your foot in. They do break in, even only wearing them for the first time. They are not for the authentic leather (for those who treasure real grain leather) but the leather material used is pretty close and looks even better in person than any picture I've seen online. The insole has nice extra cushioning on the heel portion and is comfortable throughout. As with any boot, tall socks (crew or higher) are highly recommended as the top of the boot can dig into your leg, especially brand new. The wingtip design looks great and can be worn with dress pants or slacks but is subtle to where you can pair these with jeans and a button-up. I gave it an overall 5 out of 5 for style, comfort, and durability of the boot and for Amazon giving me good service.

If one star is the worst I can leave KNOW THAT IT SHOULD BE "0" Stars!!! These shoes are counterfeit! NOT Calvin Klein and NOT leather. Stiff PU plastic smelling like OIL. Wouldn't even try them on because they were so stiff they seemed more like a medical boot like one would have a broken ankle and neede immobilization for their limb. This is the last time I buy anything saying made in CHINA. Let wake up Americans and stop being scammed!

Too small and the leather looked cheap. Found a winner with a similar Bed Stu boot instead.

Great boot for the price. They are kind of a faux leather material, but they give off a rather shinier tone which makes them look all around a little more classy/dressy. The wingtip makes them stand out even more. Just your classic black boot that you can't go wrong with. Would buy again.
