The negative ion purifier must be working as the light comes on when switched on, but how it works when the ion brush is facing the wall. Surely it would be better to have the ion brush towards the room, this would be a lot more effective and efficient.

Arrived quickly and a green light is on when you plug it in, totally silent, I got it to help with dead mouse 🤮in my bedroom, that my cat brought me in as a present.I can't find the body to remove, so stuck with nasty pong was hoping this might help. I haven't noticed a clean air smell tbh

Left plugged in for a hour and it smelt bad and melted. I imagine may have melted more and/or caught fire

Bought one for my room and also daughters room. Neither of us can tell any difference at all

I used to use ionisers many years ago and I definitely felt that they improved the air quality. Since then they seem to have gone out a fashion, so I was pleased to have the opportunity to try this one.It is a neat little unit, but as such, it is not going to be particularly effective in a larger room, so this needs to be placed in a relatively small space.It works well enough, but as with all ionisers, you will find the wall around the area where it is sited getting dirtier. This being the case, then please make sure the wall is washable, otherwise you are going to find yourself with an annoying mark that you can't get rid off.
