I love having the frothiness of steamed whipped milk or half and half with my coffee and it allows me to reduce my sugar intake. The only fault I see with this product is that you are supposed to swap out the whipper device with one that doesn't have the coil (located in the lid as storage) so if you have to stop midway because you haven't had your coffee and your wife doesn't like it whipped up and frothy then you're stuck. If it were a simple press of a button and voila -no whip- so much easier, however pouring milk out to do the swap and pouring back in to start the warming sans froth is a pain-- when will we get to the point where we just think it? ha ha Seriously though this is amazing and even though my button idea is way better than the engineers who designed it - wow-I am super impressed with the ability to clean this which I rinse and wipe with Bounty paper towel and presto it is new again.-Stainless steel exterior seems fingerprint resistant which I love that it just shines.-The ability to remove the carafe without a dangling wire -that is a better idea than my button!-It is quiet-The singular button is easy to operate on/off or the way I do it... on/lift (because lifting disconnects power so off it goes)-Price is about the same or less than other products-Gets the job done

Great mill frothed. DO NOT OVER FILL. If you want the milk warm make sure you leave it in until it turns off automatically. When you clean make sure you don’t dump out the frothing coil.

It works best on nonfat dry milk, who knew! All those saved calories what a bonus!

This is my goto machine for making Keto Coffee. It’s warm and perfectly frothy

Cold froth mode did not work. Indicator light did not function as stated in manual. Did not flash when cycle completed. Typically I use hot froth but concerned that the initial defeats could be an indicator that hot mode will fail also.

Durability ok

Frozer worked well but is now broken after 9 months of moderate use. It does not stir any more. Quality seems to be an an issue. Replacement not possible any more.
