When purchasing this product, I was under the impression that I would get super pumped up to hit the gym and shred myself. After all, it is named after one of America's most elite military forces. Navy seals ain't no joke, dawg.Regardless, I didn't feel much of anything after taking two pills half an hour prior to working out, nor did I feel anything after 3, nor 4...I sometimes wonder if what I do feel is a placebo effect. It's just that not noticeable. I suppose I typically don't fall asleep behind the wheel when using these pills, so that's a plus, but there are better caffeine pills out there.Pros - Keeps you awake, I think. I'm not sure.Cons - It is most definitely NOT a pre workout. There is no pump. Nor does it combat stress/stabilize your emotions. Go talk to your doctor for anti depressants.

I took 2 capsules every morning or in late afternoon prior to a gym visit.I felt slightly more alert in the mornings, when I'm usually very sluggish. Moderately enhanced performance/endurance, specifically for cardio and cross fit type workouts. No strength increases.The best thing I can say is, there is no tachycardia or edgy jitters. It could possibly keep your brain churning at bedtime if your not exhausted or use to supplements.

My daily training routine consists of three visits to the gym, three times a week. Prior to my first workout of the day, I take 2 capsules of NavySeal formula, followed by another capsule before my second workout session. Since I've been taking NavySeal, I don't even need an extra supplement for my third workout cause I still feel super pumped up. This is a big change for me! J Before I started using this formula, I had to take a pre-workout product before each training session (even though the third workout usually turned into a complete mess and struggle). Anyways, since taking NavySeal formula I would say my physical capacities have increased at least a hundred percent. This means I can now do three two-mile runs per day on my non-training days. In addition to this, I feel less fatigued after my gym training. Very good product!

I bought this with high expecting. Sadly after using several weeks I have been disappointedIn it. I chose this over another product I had used for years and now regret switching.I would not recommend to a friend.

dont buy anything in pill form its all crap!

Before I started taking the Navy Seals capsules I worked out and ran,but not nearly as much as I do now. I have been taking the Navy Seals capsules for about a month. I go to the gym threw times a week and take a capsule before I begin my first workout and another before the second workout of the day. On the non gym days I am now able to run 4-5 miles easily. I don't feel fatigued and my energy level is very high. This is like heaven in a capsule for me. I highly recommend the Navy Seal capsules. I give the product a perfect rating!

I found this product to be very helpful with my longer workouts. I used to burnout after about 40 minutes and couldn't figure out why. Once I started taking this pre-workout formula I noticed my running and swimming workouts lasted a bit longer and I had a shorter recovery time. I can't believe I have been missing out on pre-workout capsules all this time. I will surely recommend this product to my running club friends. The pills are easy to swallow as well and easy to transport inside my qym bag instead of the messy powders that need water. Great stuff.

My boyfriend has been on this product for almost a month and noticed 2 things important and extremely impressed with: being a coffee drinker but since coming home from being stationed overseas caffeine would make him edgy...even tea; hos mood seem a bit more stable. Now this could be seen combination of the decrease in irritability from the stress of not being in the states, but even before using this product I still noticed the correlation with caffeine and his mood. Being rid of caffeine and help with mood being an army girlfriend...TOTAL PLUS.
