I’ve only used it for 30 days now. Haven’t noticed any improvement in my nails. Bought it cause they are very brittle. I think I just need to take it for longer and I’ve only been taking half the suggested serving size so I’ll probably try to increase to the full serving size moving forward.

I wanted to like these, but unfortunately, I can't. I bought these to try and grow my hair out a little faster after an iffy haircut.The smell is fine--it smells like any other b-vitamin pill, which makes sense, since it has some b vitamins in it. But I had just gotten my acne under control, and after only 2 days of taking these, I got 3 large cysts on my forehead! I rarely break out on my forehead, let alone with cysts!2 stars because I'm pretty sure it's just the biotin that's causing me to break out, which can't be helped, since it's a main ingredient in most hair and nails pills.If you're prone to breaking out, consider looking elsewhere.

These have a very noticeable off-putting smell. Sort of a rotten egg type smell. I thought maybe it was just going to be an issue when I first opened up the bottle, but the smell has yet to fade in a couple of weeks. It's not a huge enough deal to stop me from taking them since I've already bought them. (I can just choke them down with a drink really quickly). But I intend to switch to another brand when these run out.

My hairdresser recommended this vitamins to me to use in conjunction with Biotin vitamins. The last time a cut my hair was November 2017 and my hair didn't want to grow at all! I was worried it was because of a hormonal change but, after taking these combination of vitamins I finally feel my hair growing! This is a big deal for me. I love long hair!
