The media could not be loaded.  Some of the reviews had me nervous to purchase, but I figured I'd give it a shot. And I'm glad I did. Gives great peace of mind to be able to watch my print from wherever I am, and even more so, be able to start or stop a print as needed. And yes, There are plenty of ways to achieve this, but to have everything in one app, with all the general info at this price point (42.99) and virtually be plug and play. You just can't beat that.Have mine connected via wireless wifi.Set up once and have had no issuesI almost gave 4 stars due to needing to install electrical tape to block power from the USB providing power to the screen when the power is turned off. Again at this price point, not a huge deal. Found that tip on a YouTube video from "Gregg Adventure"

I will be honest. I am having a really hard time setting this up. Not picking it up on my Wi-Fi but using their app to make it work. I gave up. Hopefully you have better luck. perhaps I can use the camera on the sonic pad to use it somehow. Product looked like it was made with high quality products and seems to function as intended minus the app hook up.

I have several issues with this product. Overall it does not work well and was a waste of both time and money. It is pretty easy to setup, however keeping it connected and setup is tedious.1) micro SD card that came with it does not work... DOA. I had to use a separate micro sd card I had lying around2) The camera disconnects from the app after a small amount of time. I had to reconnect the app to the machine every time I wanted to check on my print. This took time, and often didn't even work. The deal breaker for me is about half the time I had to re-setup the smart box to my wifi (didn't seem to remember the stored wifi information no matter how many times I reconnected it to my wifi through my app), and often this doesn't work for some reason! It seemed like every time I wanted to check on my print I was spending 10 minutes connecting the box to the wifi so I could check on it. Do not waste your time with this garbage. There are better options out there.

Super laggy and I've yet to get it set up and working properly will update if anything changes

Set up was really easy and it is so nice not having to use the little micro sd cards anymore. Sending files directly from my computer is so much easier and faster. The camera is nice but I don't use very often since the printer is in an area where I pretty much constantly see it. I have noticed it sometimes looses connection so that could probably use some improvement. I do have to occasionally re connect to the device, but my sonic pad does the same thing on my other printer so it could just be my internet. Overall I highly recommend it, even for just being able to send your files directly to the printer.

Would have been an awesome piece of equipment with the exception that if you are using the Creality Sonic Pad, this item will not work. Not even the camera by itself attached to the Sonic Pad. This comes from first hand experience and from Creality Tech Support. There are several options from Creality Tech Support that I got last night that are confirmed to work in conjunction with the Sonic Pad. I've attached a screenshot of the list I got from CTS. I did find #1 and #2 on Amazon. It was late so I didn't look for the others. Hope this helps some of you that are considering a camera purchase for your 3D printer.

The wifi box works fine but after troubleshooting the camera and going online to find instructions to continue troubleshooting, the camera does not work. Don't spring for the full package, just get the wifi box and save yourself some money.

Disconnect both the box and camera never really connects. Support isn't really Support. Horrible video when it does work an if you use feature of the camera your print quality suffers it says
