I purchased the two pack universal backlit remote control. for two Samsung tv’s. They work great I appreciate the different dedicated buttons that allow access to pay video services such as Netflix,Hulu and prime.battery life so far is good love the backlit for dark. One downfall I have nails and sometimes the buttons get stuck. Great price for quality remote control

I was in a car accident and it’s hard to use my hands and change the channels on the remote controls so I ordered this one and it is so easy and it lights up. I absolutely love it. I thank God so much for this remote control.

The buttons are so soft they get caught in the pressed in mode. The light doesn’t stay on very long so you have to keep pressing it on to make your selection. It was easy to pair and is an improvement from what the tv came with, but I would have rather purchased one with hard buttons. And a longer light on duration.Delivery was prompt

I have attached 3 pics. The third picture is the two remotes that I bought this remote to replace. Yes they are different everything works on the replacement for the one on the left. The buttons are a little spongy and do not work all the time, but I bought them primarily for the backlight feature, so I am ok with that.The remote on the right is the one I have issue. As you see in the second picture, this is from their ad here that it should work. I was informed by the seller that my TV is not cable of using the Hulu, Prime and Netflix buttons, but as you see in the first picture when power on, or hitting the Home buttton, I do have capability of accessing these apps from my TV. As far as all other operations of the remote, it does work fine, I just wanted the option to select Hulu, etc. without having to navigate to it as advertised on this page.

Love this remote.Set up was simple... just put in batteries and it works! I'll be purchasing one for each tv.

The media could not be loaded. This is going to change my life!! I love products that immediately impact my quality of life. The light stays on for about 10 seconds. I posted a video to show people. There is ZERO programming. Just install 2 AAA batteries and start using it on your Samsung TV!!!

App buttons stopped working. No way to reprogram/reset the remote.

I wish the light stayed on longer but it works well in the dark. The functionality is good and the setup is almost identical to the original remote. No setup needed. Out of the pack use.
