Mission USB Power Cable for Chromecast and Chromecast Ultra (CHROMECAST NOT Included)

I have 4 chromecast 3rd gen and 2 chromecast 1st gens in the house, not to mention my 2 chromecast audio devices. The reason I mention this is to let you know that I really like chromecasts and I have a lot of experience, and different cables to test with.I got my latest chromecast 3rd gen to replace a 1st gen in my main living room due to the issues the 1st gen's have with youtube videos. As soon as I replaced it, and plugged the usb power into the back of my TV, it was giving me random reboot problems. I tried it on a different television, no problem. And i tried it with the usb power plugged into the wall, and no problem. I didn't want to leave the usb power plugged into the wall because i have all of my wires hidden and ran through the wall and the included wire wasn't long enough to go from the HDMI port on my television, through the wall, and then out into a power outlet.So I was looking up different length cords on amazon and I found this thing. Obviously it sounds like a joke, how is this little thing gonna hold a charge better than google's supplied cord would? I don't know but because amazon has a great return policy, I said let's try it. Believe it or not this thing works as promised. I haven't had a single reboot issue since first installing this over a month ago. I actually forgot it was in there. Great cable, and i recommend to people having reboot issues with the 3rd gen and possibly 2nd gen chromecast. I saw that this doesn't work with the 4k chromecast but I don't have one of those so no biggie.

Then it works great. You can't hook up peripherals with this. Like extra storage or keyboards. Only works bareboned by itself. 👍👍

What do you do when you order a subscription not knowing it wasn't going to work on my TV? Well me being me, I freaked out and started searching for a reason why? Much to my surprise just because I had a smart TV did not mean it was smart enough to handle such subscription. In steps the Mission USBPower Cable for Chromecast that I ordered along with the Chromecast Ultra to add to my not so smart TV! The set up is very, very easy and not having the cable hanging from my TV is a plus for sure!

Loved the first Chromecast I bought. Worked perfectly until it burned out.. now we have these that are awkward to use, stutters, and have to reset frequently to work. Switching away in the future.

Just plug in and start casting after setup. So convenient.
