Not the highest nor strongest support but are comfortable if wearing for a long time and do seem to help.

Stayed put
I purchased these for my ice skates as I have very high arches which makes my feet tend to lean towards the middle (a problem for skaters as I’m always on my inside edge!!). I stuck these into them and they are comfortable and haven’t budged inside the skate despite wearing multiple times during sport activity where my feet get sweaty.
