GPU secured in any direction - even upright
As a long time builder of custom PCs, I have done my share of horizontal and vertical but as soon as I saw I could go upright, I had to try it. The Lian-Li O11DE-9X Upright GPU Bracket Upgrade Kit for 40 Series GPU, will work also on 30 series as well as 20, probably work on a 10 series too. The bracket has 3 slots making it very adaptable. My PC in the image is a "reverse build" and the bracket should of been at the bottom; however I did not care for all the weight of the video card to be resting on a tiny bracket preventing it from smashing through the glass door when it failed. Instead I mounted the bracket at the top and allowed gravity to hold the card in the upright, or rather down-right position.Unfortunately, the issue I ran into was the restrictiveness of the video cables when feeding them through the case and out the back. So I used a Dremel to cut out slots above the "bends" on the cables giving them more room to not bend in such a restrictive manner. This is considered a con in my opinion. The bracket is made from two very thin pieces of metal. Each are secured together with tiny screws. The top part should of been removable but because of the design, removing the entire top would have reduced it's overall strength.pro: the kit arrives with everything you need plus it comes in black or white.p.s. btw, anyone who might have the idea of using a 90 degree cable is correct but I have three monitors and three 90 degrees will not work at all.

It's a nightmare to install!!
Instructions are very dull and not multilingual. all Japanese he he. Its a nightmare to install in a Lian Li Dynamic Evo. It doesn't come with a PCI-E Riser Cable. Their expensive too. I was luck enough to find a used $120 Thermaltake TT PCI-E Riser cable for under $40. Be advised the cable will need to.be installed beneath your power supply in my case. It was a cabling nightmare but worth it in the end! Look at how pretty this EVGA RTX 3080 XC3 Hybrid water cool mod looks on it. Gorgeous. Dropped Thermal temperatures and dynamics with x3 Static Pressure 120mm Artic P12 PWM Argb fans in the read blowing in the back plate. At the highest stress testing and benchmarks at 4k. The care wouldn't heat past 51 C. It idles at 28C. -2 less than installs regularly. Also it takes all the GPU heat AWAY from your CPU! My CPU temps dropped from 40-50-c regular load to 36-40 C! Definitely worth the investment. I am a proud user of Lian Li since the vintage PC 60. Never abandoning them again!

Lian-Li O11DE-9X fits in Corsair 7000d Airflow case perfectly
I got this as I couldn't find a generic bracket to use for mounting my second 4090 in my Corsair 7000d Airflow case. It's obviously not for my case, but it fits perfectly! If you're doing the same, make sure you get this one, the Lian-Li O11DE-9X, NOT the Lian-Li O11DEXL-1X (which did not fit my Corsair 7000d Airflow case).

Perfect!
The media could not be loaded. I decided to buy this and the necessary cable to mount my MSI RTX4090 Gaming X upright. I had to remove almost all PC wiring, fans, radiator, and all sides. Once I got the bracket mounted and then the GPU mounted, I was already impressed... Until I went to plug power into the card. It barely fits, but it does and the corner of the case hides it nicely. This forced a complete rewire of my PC in the end, but totally happy with the outcome.Be aware, have any monitor cables you need ready to plug in BEFORE you mount the card. It'll be easier. Additionally, if you install the GPU at the front of the case, like I did, get longer cables!

Great mount but it will come scratched
First bracket arrived scratched, replacement bracket arrived scratched too. the way Lian Li packages the bracket in the box is not secure enough that when the pieces move around the screws on the GPU mount scratch the surface of the other piece. Although its minor and easily covered by a sharpie'd this is NOT how I should be receiving product. (Putting this in a 011D EVO RGB, putting it on the bottom so the bracket is very visible)

Stupid Design
The gpu does not sit flush with the bracket so there is a noticeable lean, especially with reverse mode. Not sure why there isn’t some sort of cross brace to go behind so that it does not rest at an angle. There is also exactly 1 step in the instructions for reverse mode that is also completely unhelpful. In another part it tells you to attach a piece by screwing down without telling you which of the 4 screw types to use. Just really disappointing since Lian-li puts so much thought into their products. If this was more than $9 I would absolutely send it back
