The door phone provides a comprehensive security system including recordings of any activity within its area of view.The weakness of the system is in the location of the monitor. The signal between the camera and the monitor is considerably reduced by internal walls. It is necessary to find a location where the monitor:-a) Receives a strong signal andb) Has a local mains power supply.In our case, we live in a bungalow, the best location was in our bedroom. Fortunately the doorbell volume is good enough to hear at the other end of the house.This is an inconvenience as with our previous wired system the monitor was easily accessed and close to our living room.

Not happy with the support when I resisted a fault. Months later reached out with options that is not workable. Did not enjoy the product as it was a gift and felt bad.

I purchased this for my home. I have the main gate of my home bit far from my bedroom and i am bit lazy, lol. I purchased this to check who is coming in the home right away from my bedroom and can open the door too automatically by the provided mechanism for the same. I installed the bell outside which has the camera too and can see in home itself who is on the door. I can open the door and access the camera through app too which is really great. The screen is really nice and big and the quality is fair as per the price. Also, the use of wires is very less and everything can be accessed on wifi which is the plus point of this. I totally loved this and enjoying it.

The media could not be loaded.  I live in a not so great area where unfortunately crime happens a lot and sometimes its disguised as a delivery man or service man.Specially at night its great to have one of these doorbell with camera and monitor to see who is outside if we should open the door.With two way audio I can easily just tell any delivery man to leave the parcel outside or ask a strange why they ringing the bell.Once the bell is hit the monitor automatically loads the screen. It has a very small battery so it will perform on battery for a few bells so you need to keep it plugged for most of the time. As for the outdoor bell, it has a huge 5k Mah battery so one charge will keep it live for a very long time.I also have the Smart Life app where smart doorbells can be added so when someone rings the bell I get a ring on my phone and can stream and talk via the phone.I recommend this for any household and already have it also installed on my brothers house.

This system would have worked fine - but once I received it and spent two days on it I realized that the monitor is wifi but the camera is 950 Mhz. My camera was 160 feet from the monitor - too far for 950 Mhz to get a signal. They should have specified that the camera was NOT wifi.

Macht genau, was es soll. Funktioniert Problemlos um das ganze Haus herum. Funktioniert auch ohne zusätzliches WLan oder App und kann durchh WLan und App ebenauch auf dem Smartphone oder Tablet laufen. Genau was ich gesucht habe.

Tevreden over het instaleren en de video kwaliteit.Een minpunt is de balk in het midden van de display (weigeren of aannemen) wanneer er aangebeld word, waardoor de persoon die aanbelt minder goed te erkennen is, deze balk naar onder verplaatsen zou prima zijn.

Tres bon produit et facile à installer . Sonnette installée à cote d’un portail métallique plein et le moniteur à 20 m . Fonctionne parfaitement .Excellente communication avec le vendeur ,et en cas de soucis avec le materiel tout sera résolu rapidement , explications ou échange.Je conseil vivement ce vendeur , tres réactif , ce qui est rare de nos jours !
