watched as a family and both children and adults really enjoyed it. nice Saturday night watch. our children are 9 and 7 and love the books so were quoting it word for word.

A great movie for the family, with enough to keep us older folk entertained whilst the youngsters get some fun. Pretty true to the original book our lad (now 10) has watched a few times and still wanted to see it again so we couldn't resist getting it through Amazon Video for instant playback - nice that we can also take a copy with us on Kindle or iPad/iPhone (4 copies, apparently!) so we could watch on the move or on hols.

My 10 year old loved it. Having read all the books, he was very keen to see the movie. Would recommend to all the fans out there!

Bullying and reinforcement of the jock/nerd stereotypes. And the main character is horrid and self absorbed

Good movie , some very funny bits for my daughter ( age 10) who loves the books

Kids and adults alike enjoyed it. It really brought the book to life and the actors play the characters brilliantly.Can't wait to watch the next one.
