**Q: Will this cat food cause my kitty's poop to smell bad?**
A: I think all cat poop smells bad no matter what they eat. :)  But depends on your cat, some have problems with food that others don't.  I feed this to my outdoor cats and they do not seem to have tummy trouble with this one.  I am more concern with gas and runny stools than the smell.  And I do not notice that this causes bad poop smell any more than others I have tried.  Guess the only way is to try it and find out if it causes your cat problems.  Hope I helped you some.

**Q: I am currently feeding a juvenile feral cat with diamond maintenance recipe.  what do you recommend for this cat since i now need to reorder?**
A: Winter time I end up feeding up 25 outdoor cats.  I also feed them this food.  They love it and I like I can order large bags and have delivered.  But they do get tired of the same thing like we do.  So Diamond Naturals is also a good brand to switch to.  If you are in a cold climate, look for high protein.  Cheep is not always cheep since it is not good quality food and it takes more to keep them warm.  If he does not seem to be tiring of the food, why switch.  Also some cats get upset stomachs when you switch.   Hope this helps.

**Q: Is it grain free?**
A: It contains whole grain corn and wheat flour. You can search the ingredients on line and decide if you want to use this cat food. I switched to Kirkland maintenance cat food. You might want to check into that brand. It’s a better choice the diamond. Good luck.
