Great burner with lots of extra goodies

I burned the incense in this holder on my white countertop and when it was done there was a large yellow tarish looking ring left. I had to bleach my countertop to get it off. Maybe it was the incense but the problem is this burner is really small and the smoke rolls up and over the edge. I was disappointed and am returning. Kinda makes you wonder what the incense is putting in the air that you’re breathing, think I’ll stay with essential I oils in diffusers.

Works great and love how it looks but let's just say I im really new at this so I didn't know to put something down so black stuff would not stain my cabinet

MAKES A GREAT WATER FALL

Very disappointed. No backflow. The very small opening is against the top back lip edge. This causes the cone to be at an angle. No matter how cone is positioned, there is no backflow. I checked for blockage bur it's just a poor design. I took it to a local store. They were nice enough to use their cones and try but nothing, also said it's the design & opening is too small.Worthless.
