This is a complete waste of money, it doesn’t make the room cooler at all, yes it blow’s slightly cooler air at you when the water is cold but it soon warms up, Ive never been able to get it below 24! Also the display is so bright I have to cover it up at night as it illuminates the room. The buttons have a loud beeping noise so it can’t be adjusted quietly! Overall a rubbish design so don’t your money!!

Don’t be fooled like I was thinking this was an Air Conditioning unit….it’s not. It’s basically a fan blowing cool air! But for £260 I don’t think so. Item was returned after 1 day.

I returned this item as it was leaking fluid from one of the ice blocks and it had gone all over the wire.This is not an air conditioner - it is an air cooler where you put water and air blocks in the bottom. You cannot set a temperature on it. It’s a big fan. Comes with remote control and is digital. If you want an effective fan then it’s great, but if you want to set a temperature it’s not for you.

Extremely loud when running at max speed. No matter how much Ice you put in the water, along with cold water and the ice packs that come with it, it doesn’t cool down the room and acts mostly as a fan. Extremely disappointed

I received this product two days ago. Tested it on the day of receipt but it failed to perform as an air conditioner as specified. There was no change in room temperature which was 25 degrees C to begin. The product blows cool air and that is all. It is not worth the £239 paid for and so am returning it for refund. Lucky to give it a star at all.

I bought this product, as I required an actual Air Conditioning Unit for my house.This product is FALSELY ADVERTISED as an Air Con unit, however, it is NOT so.This product is an 'Air Cooler' - vet different from an Air Con unit!I'm not happy paying the best part of £300, for a product that doesn't even do what I need it to do!

It blows cool air but it is only effective if you are way less than 6 foot away and it doesn't cool the room. I had high hopes but disappointed.

When I bought it, it had 20 5-starred reviews and I said wow, this must be it. After the purchase, however, all the reviews are gone.The product itself is nothing but a £20 worth fan. Nothing to do with air-con, cooling, or icing. Turns out its not free returns either and a parcel size costs roughly £20 and more if you want to be insured. Don't waste your money or time
