The one to buy!
I absolutely love these electrolyte packets!!! As an avid runner and Pilates instructor, I have tried almost everything on the market. These truly keep me hydrated and are easy to throw in my bag!

Excellent electrolyte replacement
I love these clean electrolyte packets. Taste better than liquid IV. They provide better, longer lasting energy without caffeine (so no crashes later in the day). They mix very well in water without needing a blender or even a blender ball. I don't care for the lemon lime flavor, but the others are great. I don't notice a huge change in focus, but I don't have focus issues anyway. Highly recommend!

Great stuff, easy, good ingredients
They’re pricey but a household favorite. Helps keep kids from drinking soda or juice and is easy to make for hot days at school and walks home. Kids love the flavors and I love the convenience. No extra vitamins to swallow just a small packet that’s easy to carry.

The ingredients in this one are better than any in the price range that I’ve found. The taste is very good, but other competitors are better, most likely because others use artificial sweeteners. We’ve been using this product for about a year and have it on auto ship.

If you are mindful of what you eat and especially drink this option is not only a brain food but electrolyte replacement without making you thirsty due to excess salt. I love ALL the IQ PRODUCTS IVE USED FOR A FEW MONTHS NOW. THAT INCLUDES THE PROTEIN BARS, AND THE IQ JOE instant coffee with lion’s mane mushroom and other brain foods.

A must for GLP1 users.
I have been using IQ Mix for 2 years. Absolutely top notch for a hydration drink. It is the least "salty" tasting drink mix I have tasted. I've given samples to a lot of co-workers and friends. When I started using a GLP1 I tried multiple hydration mixes: IQ is the one I consistently use due to the flavor. They are delicious. This is the only product I have on Amazon subscription so I dont run out.

Flavor tastes like candy
Good price for the amount of packets you get. Mixes well. Flavor is definitely a fake sugar taste though. Reminds me a skittles candy. I’ll drink them, but won’t purchase again.
