Everything is fine with the product. My complaint is with reviews. I don't know what welding people do but there is no metal in this world that I know of that this pencil will help make marks on! A review from a welder said it was great. I am an actual welder and let me say, NO! It's graphite lead. That don't mark on metal. You need silver. So if you can get me some silver leads the exact size for this pencil I'll be appreciative. Don't Wana return it. Prefer this brand over the popular pica bc the cases & pencil are less bulky and the sharpeners are on the top of the pen pocket clip so you don’t have to remove it from being clipped in your pocket just to sharpen like others which makes doing things one handed much much easier. These pencils make or break a task for me on a daily basis.. be it marking through holes to mount things on walls or drilling in tile or when framing etc. the ease of use is great. Only downfall I’d mention is not pull on the clip too much or it’ll break which makes it useless to me.
