You can't pause today and resume the next day
If you got long projects that take hours and your needed elsewhere you got 2 options 1 press stop ends your project or 2 press pause and unplug the wire running to the stock spindle there's no option to turning the spindle off when you pause and you can't tweek your speeds and feeds after you've started

Great for keeping your computer and workshop apartJust plonk your xxx.nc file onto the SD card and head for the workshopThis unit takes mere minutes to figure out and sits next to the 4040 proIf I ever upgrade to a self-build for my milling machine I will only use a control board that has a compatible offline controller, cutting the laptop out of the equation is a huge convenienceBIG CAVEAT. Watch the SD slots they use. They are not secure and I use a bit of ducktape to ensure the card stays locked in place during a job. If that card jiggles loose your job stops dead and is ruined.
