Use to take the pills years ago when I was heavy into lifting....Just started getting back in to it and decided to try the powder/drink version this time around.Overall, very effective....anyone else's urine turn neon green? lmaoMy only real complaint would be, the flavors should be called "Grandpa's crush up medicine cabinet" cause the taste is horrendous.But that's to be expected with the sheer amount of vitamins/nutrients in 2 scoops...helps if you mix it with gatorade. lol

Serving suggestions are two scoops per day in 6-12oz of beverage. I mix it in to a 32oz nalgene bottle of water and it's still so dark and strong flavored, people regularly ask me omg what is in that?!?! lol. I can only imagine in 6oz of water it'd be like drinking mud. Looks like a tumeric/oj heavy mix kind of thing. The citrus flavor is not good, but it does somewhat resemble artificial orange taste. I take it to keep my immune system up, and it seems to be working as I haven't been sick in a year since I started this 5 days a week. I like all the ingredients they say are in it. Will keep buying, as I haven't found anything I like better. I like animal products overall. I'm on my 8th or so can of this stuff at this time.

I’ve taken animal vitamin packs over the course about 10 years. They have condensed the amount of pills, which is a good thing. I personally, don’t like taking over 12 pills. The vitamin content has all the vitamin nutrition you need to support healthy muscle growth and bone. As for taste, I personally never noticed any strange taste. I would suggest taking these vitamins with food all the time. They suggest the dose of one to two packs per day. The value for the money is definitely noted with the amount of vitamin packs that you get within the package. I highly recommend this item.
