I switched from the other kind of shaker (plastic, acrylic, idk) and feel better about this food safe option. Salt and pepper seem to stay fresher and the salt crystals don’t coagulate like they did before. Love the cute printing in black and white. Perfect hole sizes and glass thickness.

I bought these shakers to replace a set where the lids kept coming off--not ideal while you are cooking! This set is attractive with a clean, modern design. The lids stay on, although I recommend being over the sink when you remove the lid because some salt/pepper collects in the lid and comes out as you remove the lid. Otherwise works fine.
