A good-tasting pre-workout, which has no caffeine at all.The taste is quite sweet, but not too much, especially if you use a bit more water than suggested.Given it has no caffeine, it's a bit weaker compared to other pre-workouts, especially if you're used to caffeinated pre-workouts.

The media could not be loaded. A good product will tell you how much caffeine your getting exactly and all ingredients quantity in mg. This does not only tells you the total added up so 3g blend.The reasons for my review, is one of many issues.=====================================1: It came in the parcel already semi opened, for the sake of my review I took one recommened dose of 13g.2: It tasted nothing of fruits, it was bitter and chemical, not even a hint of fruit. It tasted horrible, but maybe that is due to the fact mine was opened for how long exactly???3: It didn't give me that boost that pre-workouts normally do, effectively doing nothing for me.4: It was already partly open on one side that I didn't touch. As it could have been oxidising for a year, who knows.5: Doesn't display the exact quantity of individual ingredients.6: I asked the company manufacturing this about the caffeine, and there was no reply.=====================================Sorry there's just too many negatives on this product, the only positive I can find it:1: It mixes well with ice cold water with ice cubes. 2/5If I paid for this product, I would have sent it back, because it was already opened, and would have sent it back just for the sickly taste, this can be dangerous to take if it's been opened, who knows what could have happened in storage. I'm throwing this away sorry will not be using it.
