The washing machine cleans brilliantly so far, plus it’s quiet and doesn’t shake when spinning. However, the machine pictured above doesn’t show the black ring around the door on the one we received, so it’s not all silver and white.I would say that the only drawback for us has been the service. I would have spent extra money on delivery and purchased this somewhere else, as you get no help whatsoever with getting it in the house. The single delivery driver was perfectly nice, but unable to move the machine an inch from where it landed when unloaded from the van. I had to phone a relative for help and had the machine standing halfway down my driveway for an hour. It also arrived a day earlier than scheduled which was handy for me as I happened to be at home, but might have been difficult if I had not been.

Good product but initially quote complicated to work out how to use - mainly because of the complicated instructions. Quality machine though. Bought from Hughes Direct. Good price but their deliver people couldn't get out of my home quickly enough, complained about having to take it into the flat, about the fact I'm up a flight of stairs, about having to move it into the kitchen - everything really. Had to chase back after them as they hadn't unwrapped and it said on the order sheet to make sure they did before they left so we could both confirm there were no scratches etc. They reluctantly came in, watched me unpack (it was fine) then ran like hell. I know they're on a schedule but still... :o Make sure you insist they bring it in and that they wait till it's unpacked, always, and don't be tempted to do anything yourself, just because the delivery people can't be bothered.

The driver who brought the washing machine refused to even help put it inside the house.He said it wasn’t his job.This machine is so heavy that it requires a body builder to move it .The driver was so uncooperative that I wonder how any normal person could move the machine alone and fix it.There was no provision for fixing either.I did not mind paying extra for helping me get the machine inside the house and fixing it.It was a great disaster which I don’t hope to repeat.

So pleased with this machine you can change the time and speed for spin on the settings, very easy to use. You can also get a descent load in the machine.

Delighted with this Bosch machine. Unbelievably quiet great range of settings good price very happy. Only quibble shame it doesn’t spin at 1400 rpm but that’s all

The instructions for this washing machine are not user friendly - both in terms of its installation (please make sure you remove the 4 long screws that hold the drum in tact before using it!) and the different wash cycles - their average "cotton" wash is over 3 hours long! However, the amount of water that it uses (or doesn't) and the ease once you become more familiar with how it can be used is great :)As an aside - the delivery was extremely poor - they did not unwrap and take all of the packing with them and we suspect that they left 3 large tyres for us to recycle - frustrating and disappointing!

Great washing machine, Amazon was very fast in handing over the product to the courier, and ArrowXL, were very serious in delivering.The washing machine is amazing, silent, low consumption, and amazing build quality.
