Some mistake has occured. I love this Toshiba product

I bought this boombox for its "repeat track" and "repeat CD" functions, in order to play white noise for my son at night. However, this function sometimes causes a grinding noise or simply shuts down, either of which wakes my son up. We purchased an extended warante for this product, but they will not do anything until the purchase warante is completed. Toshiba tech support is only for laptops. Their audio support line (given by the laptop support line) is never answered. The third party vendor responsible for Toshiba audio equipment tech support, Mizari.com, also does not answer their "contact us" emails. I have been trying to resolve this issue for two months with zero success. I am truly sorry that I purchased this product based on the Toshiba name.

I bought what I thought would be a good quality boombox. It absolutely was not. It was made of cheap plastic and the adapter plug was, what I can only assume, for a European outlet. It was absolutely not going to fit into a typical outlet. Hence, it was useless to me. I never got the chance to actually use it, so I cannot vouch for the sound, etc. I sent it back the very next day.

Remote did not work (even with new battery). "Ate" two cassette tapes ($40.00 audio book for my disabled daughter), now useless (no hope for replacement or compensation. Very poor customer service in light of everything. Sent the unit back for refund.
