These work well!
Both my son and I tried these. I used it on my neck and we put 3 across his lower back. It worked great for me. They did leave both of our skin very red upon taking them off but it wasn’t irritated at all. I would purchase these again.

Muy fuertes
Me parece un buen producto, pero creo que el uso debe ser con cuidado, se siente muy fuerte el efecto del parche.

Quite effective
Used it on my back. Worked well. Only comment it curled up when trying to stick to my back. Still was effective though!

works for minor aches and pain
The biggest thing to note is that these pain relief patches have TWO paper backings to remove before they are usable. The first time I tried it, I removed the paper backing and applied to my neck (where I have the most pain), but it didn't do much and didn't feel like it was sticking very well. I decided to take it off and realized there is a second paper backing on the pain relief part of the patch that must also be removed. Once I did that, I could definitely notice the "heat" but it's pretty much the same level of heat as any other pain patch. When used correctly (ie: removing both paper backings) it does provide a decent amount of pain relief and it adheres well to the skin. I didn't notice any kind of sensitivity to either the adhesive or the pain relieving ingredients.

Interesting product - great for all-day relief
I was intrigued by this product, particularly the "hot!" tagline. Heat is one of the few things that helps manage pain from an old lower back injury. I was expecting a heat patch similar to the heat packets you can use in gloves and shoes for cold weather/snow sports, and was curious as to how it could possibly last 8 hours. In short, it doesn't, but it still works in a different way. The tagline is misleading because the definition of "hot!" (and volcano photo) does not seem to be temperature hot, but rather heat in terms of how you want your curry. The pain relief is similar to IcyHot or BenGay with a tingling feeling that is not dissimilar to heat. It's actually very nice and soothing. I was also very pleasantly surprised at how the patch maintains its strength. It does not just fade after 8 hours. It actually seemed to "heat up" the most about 1-2 hours in to the point that I had to peel it off for a bit. If I laid my palm over the patch, it would sort of stoke the heat sensation. Each patch is in a pouch. There's a peel for the adhesive, and a second peel over the square piece of "heating element". The adhesive is very strong and stayed attached for 8+ hours without issue. It was not painful to remove but that may be because it was on an area without hair. You may want to use a warm towel or water to help remove it if you apply this over an area with hair. The smell is nice, kind of a Vicks Vapor Rub with an earthy, ashy scent. I really like it!The box says "for back" but the instructions indicate you can use this anywhere. The IcyHot/BenGay type relief does better on muscles in my experience, but it did help my sore knee after I overdid a long hike. What I really like is the convenience of this product. If you're going to be on a long plane or car ride, you can keep a pouch in your pocket to have on hand. This is much more discreet and tidier than having to repeatedly apply cream.I included a photo of the open patch in my review. It looks gross in the photo - like chocolate on a napkin, or worse - but I promise it's fine in person.Recommended! At least give these a try, as long as you are aware that the heat effect is not the same as a heating pad, but rather the warming, tingling sensation associated with some herbal/medicinal topical treatments.
