This doorbell is very easy to install and use. This is my second doorbell and I really enjoy both. They are accurate and the app is clear when viewing!

This product was easy to install. Works great and easy to operate. The door chime is also nice and a pleasant sound. I think this was a good purchase.

We purchased this model, which now seems that it has been removed from Amazon's site for some odd reason...----> https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BYSJ83MH/ <---We were also initially charged TWICE for the annual subscription fee, but they eventually refunded us the double charge, so that issue was resolved.The wireless doorbell camera DID work pretty well for a few months, except for the odd battery drain issue (would be at 100 percent, then drop to 25 hours later with almost no use, then we would recharge it and it would run for a whole week or more without having to recharge. Very strange), which we let them know about.Well, a recent forced Firmware Update was done and now the camera will NOT stay connected, it will disconnects itself nonstop, we have to re-sync it to the app continously, it changes the motion settings without permission repeatedly, we have to remove it from the app then re-add it, and all in all it simply NO longer works.We would either like a replacement camera that actually works (which is what we purchased in good faith from you) OR a FULL refund for both the camera AND the subscription fee.

Easy to set up and I love how long the battery last and fast it charges! Very clear camera!

I recently purchased four of these doorbell cameras two of them activated so far one is supposed to be transferred to a previous year's subscription that I have already paid last month because the other camera was stolen in a home Burglary they still have not transferred my subscription to the counter so I have no features also... The other camera I activate I actually paid the year subscription for that camera and I don't have all my features I can't even get to settings to adjust motion or anything I've sent them five messages they haven't done anything I would have to say the cameras work fine but this place is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my entire life!!!

I love my aiwit door cam. The quality of the camera is great, the pictures are so clear. The battery life is awesome, I have had the camera up for about 3 months and the battery level is only at 80%. I love how I can go out of state and still watch my house thru the camera.

This camera and app were awesome until, at about the 6 or 7 month mark, like other reviewers said, the batteries no longer will charge past 20%. Charged fine the last couple of times. No, it isn't the charger or outlet. Ruled all that out. It is faulty batteries like others have said. I'm just going to go ahead and buy a ring now, because replacement batteries cost the same as another of these. Not worth the initial savings to have the headache of replacing the whole unit every 6 months. Pissed, too, bc I bought a year subscription to their cloud. SMH.
