Received an empty Pandora box with no necklace

Very pretty silver chain. Good value for money.

This is advertised as “Pandora” but there is nothing to indicate that this is indeed a “Pandora” necklace. This has been bought for a lovely pendant as a gift but, instead of enhancing the birthday present, it makes the necklace look cheap. The chain is thin and feels flimsy. I have only kept the chain as the birthday is Monday and there isn’t time to purchase a different and stronger one.If this is a “Pandora” chain as advertised why is there nothing, e.g. a small certificate of authentication, to indicate to the recipient that this not just any silver chain, it is a PANDORA chain. I’m afraid printing the word PANDORA on the plastic bag is NOT proof this is genuine Pandora. This chain necklace wasn’t cheap and without proof of authenticity is very poor value for money.A Pandora box was offered as an additional purchase, for several pounds, but this wasn’t needed as the pendant already has its own expensive box. I shall be asking the supplier for a certificate or something similar for my granddaughter to keep.Without official Pandora certification DO NOT BUY!

I brought this thinking it was a Pandora necklace but its not and after only 6 weeks it has gone black . Don't waste your money
