Good poles
They are sturdy and light when walking. I lost the feet covers. It would be better if they screwed in.

cracking price for carbon fibre poles!
I've got some aluminium black diamond poles which unfortunately no longer disassemble (yet still useable) so when I saw these carbon poles I thought they'd be a great replacement for instances when I know I'll want to fold them down mid outing.I've just got back from a weekend of trail running and scrambling in the Lake District and used them on the steep rocky ascent up Stickle Gill. They're compact enough to clip to my pack when not needed and quick to deploy as you approach areas when you need extra stability or use your arms to take some strain of your legs.Quick to collapse as well which is handy for scrambling, so I can tuck them out of the way and I forget I've got them until they're needed again.I've not managed to figure out how to adjust the wrist straps as currently they're a little loose. I've almost lost the rubber foot twice, so don't think the press fit is the most secure method for attaching them (some screw in which is much better) - luckily I prefer using them with the tungsten tips rather than a rubber foot anyway.Despite being carbon fibre they are actually noticeably heavier than my aluminium poles, this is probably because my aluminium ones are a fixed length, whereas these carbon poles have a 4th pole section to allow you to change the total length. Not a big deal really, but worth noting as many folk assume carbon poles will be lighter than aluminium alternatives. Also used them once when wild camping with a tarp shelter and the adjustable height was brilliant for being able to tension my tarp properly.Overall, I'm happy with them. I'll continue to use my non collapsing aluminium poles for outings when I think I'll use the poles a lot (or I'm not scrambling) and I'll take these carbon fibre ones when I know there's sections I'll want to stash them away or for use with a tarp shelter.

Really helping me
The instructions could be a bit better but the items are great and really helping my hips from feeling the strain. They're also light and come with just the right accessories for me since it isn't snowing at the mo

Absolute rubbish
I bought the trekking poles in January but due to surgery, I wasn't able to use them until this week. They look fine but are absolutely useless. They are uncomfortable, the telescopic action doesn't work properly. The cable doesn't lock and constantly comes out when walking. I've left it too late for a refund, sadly, but I certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Top poles, perfect for setting up tarp camping shelters.
A great set of poles. If you really want you can just use one on a trip as a pole for the tarp shelter and as an aid to get up the steep hills. These poles are sturdy and durable, they bend but they do not break.Nice and light and a really great design. These are a win in my eyes.

Super helpful when hiking uphill
This is actually my second set of hiking poles, and I must say I’m super impressed by them and am glad that I was able to pass my other ones on to my husband and keep this set myself, so now we both have a decent pair!I love that unlike other poles which are sold separately, these are sold as a pair, which of course is generally what you need when hiking steep hills/mountains/ etc…The poles are easy to erect and collapse again afterwards when not in use. They are lightweight yet sturdy and easy enough to fold up into your backpack if you want to take them with you on a trip. The handles have a good grip integrated into the design and thus are comfortable to hold and non slip. The loop handles add extra security when walking. They also have good grips on the ends of the poles for aiding in traction when moving both uphill and downhill.I think that they are great value for money and worth investing in if you’re an avid hiker.

Well made but…
Looks good quality but description misleading. It was too big for 5 ft 1 inch wife.Refund received quickly.

Almost perfect
What incredible build quality on the main poles. From the carbon fiber to the CNC metal ends there's a lot of quality and strong components.Don't listen to "Janet Stevens" the poles do work, you need just pull them apart enough for the metal button to pop out and secure it in place (see my first image).Where this product can improve is the handle. The strap seems cheap and I don't like all the graphic design on it, it's too messy. The foam also could have a better design. Many other great sticks have a "shelf" for the side of the palm (pinky side) to rest on which means you don't need to grip the poles as hard. These will last me a lifetime. Very impressed. 4/5

Robustos e leves
São leves e fortes.O encaixe da mola que trava na pequena bola parece bastante forte.Hoje fiz 8 km com eles ( sempre em trilhos ) e gostei muito.O punhos não é demasiado macio e também não escorrega.Boa compra.

I would not buy again,
It is a very poor method of locking the sticks in the final extended position before use,

Erstaunlich gut.
