Super product I use it in my smoodies :)

I like salted butter and this tastes unsalted. It's not awful by any means and it's handy to have if I run out of butter. I wouldn't go putting it over popcorn tho bc it kinda just tastes like powdered milk.

I thought it would add a buttery flavor in cooked foods. It actually adds a powdery flavor. Just use butter - or even margarine! Butter flavor Crisco would even taste better. You can also add butter-flavor extract for a rich buttery flavor. There are better alternatives to this powdered butter - unless you don’t have a refrigerator where you can store dairy products.

Purchased both butter and cheese powder and both had ZERO flavor. Cornstarch has more flavor! Don't buy either product if you're looking to flavor popcorn or anything for that matter. Waste of money!

It's a good product, never used it before. It came while I was baking for the holiday's. So handy.
