My cats love this fountain! It is super quiet and functions great! The fountain feature is great for all my cats to get a drink at the same time! The window is great to see the water level and cleans up awesome! The filters are easy to change! My cats drink alot more with this fountain! The durability is great and the metal is great for cleaning.

We have bought this twice, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Cat and dog (small) both love it. Just recently purchased a second for upstairs the one downstairs we have had for nearly a year and love it. Works well, easy to fill, clean and buy and replace filters. We have gone through two different styles upstairs in the last year, first one died. The second one was way too loud. This one is the clear winner it is quiet even when running low on water and the stainless steel look nice and stays much cleaner. Has great water flow and motor life. Perfect size for cats and small to medium dogs.

The media could not be loaded. Our cats love water fountains they absolutely refuse to drink out of a regular bowl. This is my 3rd type of fountain and so far so good. This is a really nice fountain for my 2 cats. The pump is whisper quiet. The water coming out the fountain is louder. The stainless is simple to clean. Not a lot of work to do so. Filters are simple. Just keep extra in hand. Once a week filter changes happen pretty quickly before you realize it.Cleaning is simple. Just have some straw cleaners and maybe cheap disposable tooth brushes to clean the pump out thoroughly. Must do this once a week. Cat gerns are gross.Five star product indeed, but it does have a few flaws. Not of fault of the manufacturer, but more of a suggestion..My stereotypical orange boy will stare at the fountain he gets his water from, and then starts playing with it. Taking off the lid and proceed to destroy the black foam pump filter, and just about burn out the pump since it's not in water. The top needs a locking lid. I have to use a giant zip tie to lock it all down. Which helps sometimes.Besides my Orange boy being orange, my other cat loves it and doesn't mess with it.

Stopped working as another said in 10 months literally almost to the day. Great water fountain otherwise. Trying to figure out who to contactUpdate: I found the contact info- had to go to the company website. They responded right away and are sending a new pump. However, I did again what the video showed on their site (about cleaning the pump) and it did end up working again…even though the pump wasn’t dirty or anything. Maybe something got stuck? Not sure. I am one that changes the filters every week or two so it can happen I guess.I changed my star rating from 3 to 5 because this really is a great fountain and worked well for 8 months! I guess the motor is eventually going to need some extra love. But my cats are so used to this fountain they almost refused to drink out of a bowl so I’m happy to have the pump coming in case it goes out again for good.

Love this water fountain. Easy to assemble easy to clean. My cat drinks more water now. It’s quiet. The light is like a low ambient.

It's easy to set up and works great. The cats seem to be perfectly OK with it. I like the filter choices also because my last cat waterer had a specific filter so when that company went under, there wasn't any other companyalong filters for that model making the unit useless as far as filtering water.
