This blood pressure cuff is really easy to use and all digital. I would say it is a great piece for the money but I’m not sure the accuracy is there which is the reason for the 4 stars.

Fits my wrist perfect and gets a accurate reading all the time

I very much wanted this unit to work -- it's much easier to put in place than the standard arm cuff.However, the readings are simply not accurate.For several days now, I"ve used it in the morning, taking two readings, one right after another. In the identical position, location, posture, etc. ... The two readings almost invariably differ wildly. Today's were typical -- 20 point difference in sys and 6 point difference in dia.By contrast, a standard arm-cuff monitor, which I've also been using 2x a day for comparison, returns readings within 2-3 units of each other. Often (but not always) these readings will match one (but certainly not both) of the wrist unit's measurements ... but sometimes the wrist unit's measurements have both been wildly different from the arm cuff.So ... despite the fact this unit is convenient and easy to use, and that occasionally it gives an accurate reading, since its measurements are, overall, unreliable, the unit's pretty much useless.A shame.

This monitor is simple and very easy to use.

I didn't want to spend a small fortune to just have a pretty good idea of what our blood pressure is. We have both used it the same day after respective doctor's appointments and it's very accurate. I like having a home use machine in the event my heart rate seems to be out of whack. It's a good starting point before panicking and going to the doctor. Good value, too!

My wife's biggest complaint is that it talks. Doesn't bother me. Comparing results with my arm cuff, I find some discrepancies, not enough to worry about. Ease of use is best feature. The arm cuff is a bit of a hassle, so, this gets used most of the time.
