Customer service- I want to start off by saying this company’s customer service is excellent—very responsive and wants to ensure customer satisfaction. I received these marble coasters about a month ago, one of them came with a mustard yellow stain on it. I emailed the company asking if I could possibly exchange the stained one. Their customer service was extremely responsive. They explained that due to the natural material, imperfections like the one described are pretty common, but they refunded me $10 which was very kind of them. I’d like to add that it was also after the 30 day period that they kindly offered this partial refund.Product itself- Absolutely stunning and very chic! It comes in this beautiful marble holder as well, that is really cute to display on my coffee table. They’re heavy and the quality is superb! I do want to add though, since these coasters are made of natural stone (ie porous), they are very susceptible to staining. I left a cold water glass on one of them and it left a ring shaped water stain. I do wish they were pre sealed, but perhaps I should purchase a stone/marble sealant to prevent future stains. All in all I really love this product—the quality is lovely and I will definitely purchase from them again for gifts.

Was iffy on whether or not the green onyx would come out looking tacky or too good to be true, couldnt have been more wrong! Coasters look great and love the different patterns on each coasters due to the cut definitely a dupe for high end green onyx coasters!!

They are so pretty but I thought being marble, they wouldn’t stick to condensation. I was wrong. When they fall off your drink, they shatter on the ground. Ordered replacements and will be more careful since I like the look of them so much I guess. Also the liquid seems to absorb into the marble which I’m not sure is supposed to happen. And they smelled weird when they arrived but nothing a clorox wipe can’t fix.

Was hoping for a larger range of colors but are still great looking for the price. Items came double boxed and individually foam wrapped, but still managed to have a few chips on the sides and top of two coasters. Replacement order submitted.Replacement order was absolutely stunning. The Jade coloring with swirls of rusty browns. Love!! But… the holder was completely broken.Still giving 5 stars because the quality seems great if you can get them damage free to begin with. These coasters would be great for entertaining so people remember their coaster design verses name rings on their glasses.

The coasters look nice. They are sturdy, heavy and look well-made. But I bought them for the green coloring. Sadly they aren’t green. I’m keeping them because my husband likes the color. I’m a little disappointed.

Had problems with my original order. Had mismatched coasters, cracks and damage. Second set was perfect. They are solid and lined with felt so your furniture doesn’t get scratched. Worth the money
