I've used a number of preworkouts and pump powders for weightlifting. Most of them are fine but I always have various concerns -- Some are loaded with caffeine (I like to add caffeine separately, depending if I want to for that workout). Some are loaded with a ton of other ingredients I either don't want or need. Some have ingredients that just don't seem to facilitate a 'pump' (shuttling nutrients and volume to your muscles). Some are very pricy. EVL's PumpMode is the one I consistently come back to and can rely on to actually give me a pump. When you're properly training a muscle group and work to (or near to) failure, it doesn't take many sets before your skin starts to feel tight. Size and vascularity are noticeable, especially if your body fat is low, which is very important if you're preparing to compete. I've even used PumpMode during warmup before going on stage. I haven't tried the unflavored kind but both the Blue Raz and Furious Grape taste good -- good enough to sip or take in a quick 'shot' with a nice aftertaste. I think the key to the pump this product delivers is the Glycerol. There aren't many other reputable products with this ingredient, so I always just rely on this one. One scoop is always enough for me, so with 30 servings, it actually lasts a while. Can't recommend enough! I haven't tried EVL's other products yet but I will the next time I restock my supplements, seeing as this one works so well.

Usually don't write reviews but I tried this as I am getting into lifting and making some lifestyle changes to include lifting weights. I decided I'd like to try to work in a pre workout and wanted something stim free as I workout in the evenings, I have to say the pump from this is pretty impressive, it's a good supplement at a great price, and has helped my workouts, without making me unable to sleep.

I picked this out because I needed a little extra kick in my workouts, but I'm way too sensitive to stimulants to use most pre-workout mixtures. This ended up being exactly what I was hoping for. It's nothing miraculous--but if you're looking for a miracle, you're really not going to find it shopping for supplements. I can feel the extra bit of blood flow pretty quickly after taking this, maybe 15 - 20 minutes afterward, so I take this right before I drive to the gym. It makes you feel very slightly flushed and slightly more awake. If you're used to vasodilators, you know that the feeling is kind of hard to describe, but you know it when you feel it. The blue raspberry is actually pretty good (though somewhat off-puttingly chalky), but I found it best mixed with juice or lemonade. If you're prone to heartburn like I am, make sure you didn't skip your meds, because it's very acidic. (Yes, the juice doesn't help.) It mixes up pretty easily, even without a shaker bottle. Performance-wise, I found that I could usually get an extra two or three reps out of each set at the same weight. Don't expect to be putting any extra weight on the bar at first though. That's not really what this does. But the pump is especially nice, and I find that I both look bigger and hold onto the muscle tone for a day or two longer than I usually would. I'll buy more of this for sure. I use two scoops, so it's only 15 workouts for me, but it feels worth the price to me.

I love the grape and blue raz flavors. This is a repeat purchase for our household. I don’t like to drink a ton of caffeine between coffee and thermogenics and preworkout that can add up quickly. This is extremely effective for blood flow and a great pump during workout. A nice tingly activity but no jitters at all. Can sleep well after using for an evening workout. Great value for the cost. Try other flavors too!!

To my disappointment, when I opened the seal, the powder was clumpy right out of the container. It was quite frustrating as I had expected a smooth and easy mixing experience.

being really enjoying using Evlution Nutrition products, been using previously the Evlution Nutrition ENGN SHRED, but since i like to cycle off from time time, i decided to try there Evlution Nutrition pump mode since it being a "non stimulant" And absolutely an awesome product, i feel very focus and have intense pumps throughout my whole workout, and the best thing is didn't keep me up at all, trained hard and was able to sleep 2 hours after. i highly recommend this product.

The was clumped into a single wet mass in the container. This product (from previous reviews) has issues with moisture. I do not recommend buying this as it is non-returnable either.

I've started using this Pre-workout and found it to be not that effective for me.. Don't feel pump in my muscles and not much adrenaline as I felt with C4.. Maybe it didn't suit me well.

Excellent pre workout and fantastic customer service. I had a product arrive that was slightly damaged but the team at Evlution got a replacement out to me within 24hrs. I choose this pre because of the lack of stimulant in it. I was tired of the crashing with stimulant pre’s so I opted for this and I love it. Great pump and focus.
