I ended up sending this back because of the band. I didn't care the band. But the quantity is nice.

I have a plastic med alert bracelet that is wearing out and, thus, I need a new one. I fell in love with the idea of a scanable QR code that gave access to all my information, so I jumped at this. When it arrived, I really liked the look of it, and the bracelet went on and off easily. However, it wasn't as advertised. It was slightly loose, I saw no way to adjust the size, and there were no instructions about how to do so. I then scanned the code in and was taken to a website that was poor, and somewhat unorganized. There were no clear instructions, and the website was almost 100% focused on tags for pet cats and dogs. Hmmmm. When I tried to enter my information, I was asked for a credit card number - "Which would not be billed." Sure, and why did you ask for the card number? I reluctantly put the card number in and was immediately told that my card would be charged $1.00. Was that going to be recurring? My credit card flagged it as suspicious as the charge was from Ireland. At that point, enough was enough. I had my credit card company deny the charges and flag the transaction. As well, I packed the stuff up and sent it back to Amazon for a refund. Amazon, as usual, was great about the refund.

PROS: It really does work and you can store so much information on it, text or images! The appearance is discreet enough that it's not screaming for attention yet obvious enough that a good first responder would find it. The band is adjustable, and thick/durable yet squishy enough to be comfortable, and that matters to an epileptic that may fall on it you know.Cons: My one feedback for the manufacturer would be that offering this in a matte finish instead of the shiny polished metal would be much better. The shine off the metal can effect the cameras ability to read the QR code, and the whole point of this is to get to the info quickly. It may not be received at all if they have to fidget with the bracelet to catch the light just so in order for it to read. Having that said this has only been an issue with mine under bright light conditions, but still. Please offer a matte finish option.

I had owned the exact style of silicone bracelet, with the butterfly clasp, prior to this one. BUT ... it was from a different vendor, and it was the type that you had 5 lines of info engraved on the front. That was fine and suited my purpose. And then I found this LuckyTag brand, and realized I could put more precise info, and could change that info, without having it re-engraved. Figured I'd try it out.Everything worked out well, as far as me setting up the account, and entering my med info. And yes, it scans just fine. Yeh, sometimes you need to change the angle of the band plate, just a tad. But it DOES work, contrary to the folks complaining that it doesn't. The clasp and locking of the band are solid, and work as they should.I liked it well enough, so I decided to get another one of their bracelets (different style), and asked them IF they could tie both bracelets to the SAME account. Seller was great about answering my questions, and is working it out for me. It was just a matter of me sending him a pic of my original QR code, which he'd match to my new bracelet purchase.A good quality item, based on a good concept. The only minor concern I had/have, is IF these folks will be around 1, or 5, or 10 yrs from now, since my info would ONLY be accessed (during a medical 'issue'), from their online site? Time will tell, and I will check their site from time time. But that small issue, wouldn't stop me from buying from them. The Seller really cares about helping his customers.

There’s so much info you can put on here. I have gotten so many compliments from my doctors and nurses. So much better than your traditional medical id bracelet.

I love the color options and the convenience of having medical information in one location. However, the silver QR band is VERY difficult to get to scan.

Received the medical alert bracelet today. Love it. VERY Easy set up. Can easily edit medical information as needed. Add as many details as needed. Will be using this when we travel, edited with hotel details in case autistic daughter gets lost and we can’t be reached
